Key takeaways
- Having a clear vision is essential for success, whether in sports or business, as it provides direction and purpose beyond just going through the motions of daily life.
- Fear never goes away even with success, but the key is to acknowledge it and move forward anyway, recognizing that fear indicates you're on your growing edge and doing the right things.
- Discipline and perseverance through uncomfortable times are critical, but they're much easier to sustain when you're passionate about what you're doing and it genuinely lights you up.
- Finding lessons in failure and disappointment is what separates those who succeed from those who don't, because the real difference is simply not quitting when things get difficult.
- Practice gratitude daily and maintain faith that challenges will make you stronger, rather than consuming yourself with negativity or pitching a tent in difficult conditions.

============================================================ TRANSCRIPTION WITH SPEAKERS ============================================================ [00:00] SPEAKER_01: It's Edmonton's podcast on the Canada's podcast network. [00:05] SPEAKER_00: Hello, this is Mario Toneguzi coming to you today with Edmonton's podcast, a member [00:10] SPEAKER_00: of Canada's podcast network, where we talk to the entrepreneurs who are making it happen [00:15] SPEAKER_00: here in Edmonton, Alberta, so you can listen, discover and engage. [00:21] SPEAKER_00: Today's guest is Jamie Saleh, who is motivational coach and speaker in Edmonton and a former [00:28] SPEAKER_00: world champion and Olympic gold medalist in figure skating. [00:32] SPEAKER_00: Thanks for joining us today, Jamie. [00:33] SPEAKER_01: Thanks, Mario. [00:35] SPEAKER_00: Happy to be here. [00:36] SPEAKER_00: Okay, let's start, Jamie, just telling us a little bit about yourself after figure skating, [00:41] SPEAKER_00: basically what you're doing these days in terms of work and being an entrepreneur. [00:48] SPEAKER_01: That's a great question. [00:49] SPEAKER_01: So I retired. [00:50] SPEAKER_01: It'll be eight years ago this June and I spent about three years being a stay at home [00:56] SPEAKER_01: mom. [00:56] SPEAKER_01: That was also a dream of mine to be able to provide for the family and stay home and take [01:01] SPEAKER_01: care of the kids and obviously build a home. [01:04] SPEAKER_01: And then I started waking up feeling like there's something more for me. [01:08] SPEAKER_01: There's something kind of really itching to be expressed and I reached out for some [01:15] SPEAKER_01: support and help because I didn't understand really what that would be. [01:19] SPEAKER_01: And soon after I started working on my vision again because my whole life I had designed [01:25] SPEAKER_01: my dream of becoming an Olympic gold medalist or Olympic skater. [01:29] SPEAKER_01: And so I realized that I was kind of living my life by default at that point, just sort [01:33] SPEAKER_01: of going through the motions and drifting around as much as I was living my dream at that [01:37] SPEAKER_01: time as well. [01:39] SPEAKER_01: There was still something that I wasn't serving and that was my purpose, my greater purpose [01:43] SPEAKER_01: and my why. [01:44] SPEAKER_01: And so I wrote down help people in my vision and I still didn't understand what that meant [01:48] SPEAKER_01: on a bigger scale. [01:50] SPEAKER_01: And then I saw somebody speaking on a stage one day and it just hit me like fireworks [01:54] SPEAKER_01: and I went, well that's exactly what I want to do. [01:57] SPEAKER_01: I enjoy public speaking, I enjoy connecting with people and since I'm a little girl I've [02:01] SPEAKER_01: always loved helping people and it would just be even, you know, if they were struggling [02:05] SPEAKER_01: in skating or they were struggling with something at home, I was always, you know, happy to [02:12] SPEAKER_01: go and sit with those people and talk to them. [02:15] SPEAKER_01: And I was never told to do this, I just always felt the need to do it. [02:19] SPEAKER_01: And so this really hit me hard. [02:21] SPEAKER_01: And so I went, kind of taken off from doing some executive coaching with, I'm a partner [02:27] SPEAKER_01: with Invision Group International Out of Calgary and working with individuals and helping them [02:33] SPEAKER_01: live a life that they would love and creating a vision. [02:36] SPEAKER_01: That's one thing that I've really seen with people that they're not entirely understanding [02:43] SPEAKER_01: of the importance of a vision. [02:45] SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't mean you have to be an Olympic gold medalist, but what would you love in [02:49] SPEAKER_01: your life? [02:49] SPEAKER_01: Is the question that I ask everybody? [02:52] SPEAKER_00: Tell me Jamie, when you look at, I guess, setting up a business and being an entrepreneur [02:58] SPEAKER_00: in Edmonton, what are the advantages of being an entrepreneur right now in Edmonton? [03:05] SPEAKER_01: Well, I think right now for me the advantages is my mindset and that I'm using this opportunity [03:12] SPEAKER_01: or this time to create opportunities. [03:15] SPEAKER_01: And I see this as a really great time to tap into my creativeness and I'm constantly asking [03:21] SPEAKER_01: myself, you know, thinking outside the box, what can I do with this situation to make [03:25] SPEAKER_01: myself a better coach? [03:27] SPEAKER_01: I have great tools that I've learned through, my skating career that got me to the level [03:31] SPEAKER_01: and the success that I've had. [03:33] SPEAKER_01: But, you know, being able to transfer that into life now and helping other people live [03:38] SPEAKER_01: that dream, I think, is really powerful. [03:40] SPEAKER_01: So, what can I do today? [03:42] SPEAKER_01: And so, I've really learned to tap into things that are forcing me to step outside my comfort [03:47] SPEAKER_01: zone right now because I'm not used to this Zoom calls and making these videos as much [03:52] SPEAKER_01: as I have been. [03:54] SPEAKER_01: So, for me, it's just really, I know that's kind of not maybe the answer you're expecting, [03:59] SPEAKER_01: but I feel like nobody really has an advantage economically right now. [04:04] SPEAKER_01: I would say, but it's really mindset and not pitching a tent in the condition and saying, [04:09] SPEAKER_01: hey, there's going to be some great stuff that comes out of this and I'm going to choose [04:12] SPEAKER_01: to find the good in this. [04:14] SPEAKER_00: What's your vision for your business as you look forward and into the future? [04:21] SPEAKER_01: You want to know what my big vision is? [04:23] SPEAKER_00: Yeah. [04:24] SPEAKER_01: So, in my vision that I've written down, I am speaking internationally on stages. [04:30] SPEAKER_01: So across the world, and inspiring or empowering people, whether it's corporate or it's individual, [04:36] SPEAKER_01: it's always been a dream for mine too, as I said at the beginning to help people. [04:41] SPEAKER_01: So, I really want to help people on a bigger scale and I feel that being able to share my [04:45] SPEAKER_01: Olympic journey with people in my life journey, I've got so many other situations or circumstances [04:51] SPEAKER_01: in my life that created what people call a we call failure in my life and how do I overcome that? [04:58] SPEAKER_01: And most people don't understand that just because people are successful doesn't mean they don't [05:03] SPEAKER_01: have fear and they don't have failure. [05:05] SPEAKER_01: So, my thing is to be able to take that on a grander scale and really help people understand [05:10] SPEAKER_01: that fear and failure are just prerequisites for achieving great dreams. [05:14] SPEAKER_00: Now, what has been, I guess, the greatest challenge you've faced in being an entrepreneur? [05:21] SPEAKER_01: Fear. Honestly, my biggest challenge even today is just fear. Fear is constantly talking to me. [05:31] SPEAKER_01: And I literally hear, I literally, like, it's like I hear this little devil sitting on my shoulder [05:35] SPEAKER_01: going, why would anybody like that, Jamie? If you put that out, nobody's going to even like it, [05:41] SPEAKER_01: or they're not going to resonate with that, or you're not good enough. I hear all kinds of voices [05:45] SPEAKER_01: right now and I'm creating content or I'm putting stuff out there. So, my biggest challenge is to [05:51] SPEAKER_01: know that that fear is just there to tell me that I'm on my growing edge and that I'm doing the [05:57] SPEAKER_01: right things. So, again, it's just going back to, what did I, how did I overcome it as an athlete? [06:02] SPEAKER_01: Well, I just said to it, I hear you, but I'm doing this anyway. And so, that's what I'm working [06:06] SPEAKER_01: through right now. And I've worked through in the beginning and I know I'm going to work through [06:09] SPEAKER_00: till the day I'm gone. Yeah. So, when you look back over your career in sports, what are the [06:17] SPEAKER_00: lessons you learned through sports that have been helpful for you as a business person? [06:23] SPEAKER_01: Well, we talk about them when we do our public speaking engagements and you know, it starts with [06:29] SPEAKER_01: you know, perseverance, being able to persevere through adversity and the challenging times, [06:37] SPEAKER_01: because most of the time when I was skating, it was challenging and it was uncomfortable. So, [06:42] SPEAKER_01: it was learning to persevere through those times that were even more uncomfortable than others. [06:46] SPEAKER_01: And really being committed, that is one thing that I feel today like a discipline. [06:52] SPEAKER_01: I had incredible discipline because I will tell you I was passionate about figure skating. [06:57] SPEAKER_01: So, now I'm passionate about helping people and that's what's really important when you're talking [07:01] SPEAKER_01: about a career for people. What lights you up, right? Because if you're not loving what you're doing, [07:05] SPEAKER_01: it's pretty hard to be disciplined, right? They motivated. So, I love what I do, but there are days where, [07:11] SPEAKER_01: you know, it's easy to sit there and go, well, do it later. We all have those those moments of [07:15] SPEAKER_01: that thinking coming into our head. So, staying disciplined and focused. And I think it's just [07:23] SPEAKER_01: really important to know that like, fear is a big one. So, that's why I talk about it a lot. [07:29] SPEAKER_01: But being able to speak to that is one of the greatest tools that I've learned in my skating career, [07:34] SPEAKER_01: because I've heard it, I heard it all the time when I was skating. I would hear what I was skating [07:37] SPEAKER_01: into my jumps or when I was going into a throw. I would have, you know, that little voice in my [07:42] SPEAKER_01: shoulder going, what if you miss this? And what if you don't win this competition? Oh, I hope, [07:46] SPEAKER_01: you don't fall. And it's crazy. So, now I just, I've learned how to speak to that and say, [07:51] SPEAKER_00: it's okay. I'm doing this anyway. When you look back, you know, since you started doing this, [07:57] SPEAKER_00: what's the best piece of advice you've received on being an entrepreneur? [08:03] SPEAKER_01: That's actually a really good question. I, you know, I think really being staying authentic to who you [08:09] SPEAKER_01: are, sometimes I feel like I need to be someone else that I really admire or I look up to you, [08:15] SPEAKER_01: and I look at what they're putting out or they're doing, and I go, oh, but I'm not them. And so, [08:19] SPEAKER_01: I'm reminded constantly by my mentors and teachers that Jamie, but you are you and not everybody [08:26] SPEAKER_01: that is out there that's coaching or giving advice or whatever resonates with everybody. So, [08:31] SPEAKER_01: everyone's got their gift and their tools. So, really important to stay authentic to who you are [08:35] SPEAKER_01: and be real. Connect with the people who you want to attract, right? You attract your tribe. [08:42] SPEAKER_01: And also the most recent one that I've, I felt was really valuable was to pay attention to where you [08:49] SPEAKER_01: are getting your most connections for on the social media platforms because, you know, there's [08:55] SPEAKER_01: lots of them now. And I know, I don't think there's, it's a waste to spend more time necessarily on one. [09:00] SPEAKER_01: It's not a waste, but I've learned that there are certain platforms for me for what I do that are [09:07] SPEAKER_01: creating the proper connections that I need to help me grow my business. So, that was something I [09:13] SPEAKER_01: didn't, I wasn't really aware of. I just thought I should be on all of them. And yeah, I just think I [09:19] SPEAKER_01: need to spend more time on, for example, LinkedIn, where you and I met. Exactly. So, you know, [09:27] SPEAKER_00: looks sort of talk about today and the challenges that obviously the coronavirus has presented to [09:36] SPEAKER_00: people. First of all, how has that affected you and what you do? To be honest, it really hasn't [09:42] SPEAKER_01: affected me very much at all. Again, I think in just my home, we're all quite positive. We're, [09:48] SPEAKER_01: we love connecting. We love spending the time together. Yeah, we have our moments because we all [09:53] SPEAKER_01: are missing people and hugging and going out and the kids are missing their activities. But [09:58] SPEAKER_01: we are enjoying this time together for sure. But I can coach from home and I always have. So, [10:05] SPEAKER_01: over the phone or like this through Zoom. So, it hasn't changed really anything that way for me. [10:09] SPEAKER_01: If anything, it's helping me put myself out there even more because people are needing help now [10:14] SPEAKER_01: more than ever. They're needing support to know how to cope through this, how to navigate. And so, [10:20] SPEAKER_01: I feel like it's actually really helped me and helped my business. So, what's your, you know, when [10:26] SPEAKER_00: people, you know, you talked a lot about fear before, obviously lots of fear now. But some advice [10:33] SPEAKER_00: or guidance you would give entrepreneurs as they navigate these troubled waters that we're going [10:39] SPEAKER_01: through right now. You know, the most important thing I feel that I wake up with every day is [10:45] SPEAKER_01: gratitude. And if I was talking to any of my entrepreneurial friends, I would say, you know, [10:49] SPEAKER_01: what guys, it's, I know that this is challenging and this feels like we don't, we can't see the end [10:54] SPEAKER_01: of it. There's so many unknowns and uncertainties. But I think the most important thing is to wake [10:58] SPEAKER_01: up every day and go to bed with gratitude. There is always something to be grateful for always. [11:04] SPEAKER_01: And there's always somebody who's worse off, right? We know that. And I think really important [11:10] SPEAKER_01: right now to have faith and we often hear the word hope, I personally prefer the word having faith [11:16] SPEAKER_01: because hope is a bigger. Having faith is believing that you will get through this stronger than you [11:23] SPEAKER_01: were before it happened. Yeah. Right? And that's, and that's worked for me because having faith is [11:30] SPEAKER_01: really about believing in the greater good and believing that there's going to be some good out of [11:35] SPEAKER_01: this. And I always tell my friends, you know what? You need to write down that you refuse to get the [11:39] SPEAKER_01: gift from this. What is that gift? We don't know yet, but know that there is a gift and embrace that. [11:45] SPEAKER_01: And so you can ride this uncomfortable time with grace and dignity and just staying positive. [11:53] SPEAKER_01: And the most important thing I'm finding right now, Mario, is really people are really consumed [11:57] SPEAKER_01: with media. Yeah. Right? And not that media is a bad thing. But if you're watching too much and [12:02] SPEAKER_01: getting too absorbed in the negativity, it really affects your physiology. And so people are starting [12:07] SPEAKER_01: to show aggression instead of love and coming from empathy and compassion. And we need to be informed, [12:13] SPEAKER_01: but it's like it's really, I'm seeing that it's affecting people in tremendous ways of [12:21] SPEAKER_00: changing their demeanors and their attitudes. Yeah. I just curious, you know, obviously as an [12:29] SPEAKER_00: athlete, you know, you faced a lot of disappointment. Even though you reach the certain pinnacle and [12:36] SPEAKER_00: and and high, yeah, you're a long way. You know, you had a lot of disappointments, a lot of failures, [12:41] SPEAKER_00: probably, you know, etc. Can you talk a little bit about what you learn through hardship that gets [12:48] SPEAKER_00: you to reaching a goal and maybe tie it into what we're talking about right now with COVID? [12:55] SPEAKER_01: Yeah. I just what I learned was that any kind of failure or disappointment I had in my life, [13:01] SPEAKER_01: it was really important to find the lesson in it. And I remember always re-evaluating when I would [13:07] SPEAKER_01: get home from a competition where I didn't skate very well and I would always say, well, [13:11] SPEAKER_01: what happened? What did I learn from this and how can I grow from that? Right? And it was really [13:16] SPEAKER_01: important. And I know we talk about that all the time, but that is the key to overcoming that failure. [13:22] SPEAKER_01: Otherwise, if you sit in that sadness or the anger or the victimization or victimhood as we call it, [13:29] SPEAKER_01: then you're never going to grow. And I think that's people say to me, Jamie, how how what is the [13:35] SPEAKER_01: difference between someone like you who's had the success you've had and someone like me, [13:40] SPEAKER_01: you know, I haven't made it yet. And I said, not quitting. You know, I didn't quit. And I said, [13:45] SPEAKER_01: I always tell people, I wasn't the most talented figure skater in the world, but I through all my [13:49] SPEAKER_01: adversity and all the struggles and everything I've been through that wasn't fun or easy. I said, [13:53] SPEAKER_01: I didn't quit. And so, you know, look inside yourself and say, like, you know, what lights you up and [14:00] SPEAKER_01: what are you passionate about? And then you stick to it. You make a decision for it. You decide [14:05] SPEAKER_01: for it every single day when it's not convenient and when it's not comfortable every single day. [14:10] SPEAKER_01: Same thing with today, if you have a passion or you have goals, don't let this condition get you. [14:16] SPEAKER_01: You can we're all getting, we're all having this condition, but don't let it have you. So, [14:20] SPEAKER_01: what can you plan for down the road? And we don't know if it's going to be six months or it's going to [14:24] SPEAKER_01: be two years from now, but that's okay. Right? Just have have some kind of decision of like where [14:30] SPEAKER_01: you want to be and where you want to go. Yeah, it's interesting. You say, you say that about the [14:34] SPEAKER_00: lessons learned in failure, right? Thinking right now, a lot of companies, a lot of business owners are, [14:40] SPEAKER_00: you know, rather than giving up, they're looking at different ways of doing their businesses, right? [14:46] SPEAKER_00: And pivoting the common word of today, right? They're pivoting. Yes. [14:53] SPEAKER_00: So, let me switch gears a little bit here. Jamie asked you a couple personal things. Where do you [14:58] SPEAKER_00: find and get inspiration from for what you do? Oh, in many different facets. I love obviously, [15:06] SPEAKER_01: now on the social media platforms, there's so many incredible motivators, teachers and coaches [15:11] SPEAKER_01: out there. Of course, Brane Brown is one of my favorites. I worked with worked in Tony Robbins' [15:17] SPEAKER_01: program years ago when I was skating, David and I had to follow along with some of his stuff. [15:22] SPEAKER_01: And I'm reading a wonderful book right now that everything is figure outable. [15:28] SPEAKER_01: And I just love it. It's actually an audio book that I'm listening to and she has exercises. [15:33] SPEAKER_01: Everything is figure outable. It's just fabulous. I don't know. I really enjoyed reading about how [15:38] SPEAKER_01: our mind works to. I was reading Michael Singer's books, The Untethered Soul, The Four Agreements [15:43] SPEAKER_01: is another great one. These are places where I just choose to read or listen to things that actually [15:49] SPEAKER_01: lift me up and give me more, I guess, more layering to my coaching because it's so nice to have [15:57] SPEAKER_01: all this information. I know what I did to become successful, but it's nice to hear it in a different [16:02] SPEAKER_01: way sometimes. Yeah. And so listening to all this positive feedback and information, I just [16:09] SPEAKER_00: I eat it up. I just love it. So tell me what kind of interest do you have that are [16:16] SPEAKER_01: non-business related? Well, I'm a really social girl. So this is as much as I'm enjoying being at [16:22] SPEAKER_01: home with my family, it's really important for me to stay connected to my friends. So we're doing [16:28] SPEAKER_01: face timing. So I know that's not much of a hobby, but I enjoy being with people. But I have really [16:35] SPEAKER_01: enjoyed cooking more. Like we've always cooked obviously, but I'm I'm really using some recipes [16:41] SPEAKER_01: that I've pulled out of my my cupboard in my books. And it's actually been a lot of fun in [16:47] SPEAKER_01: cooking with the kids and taking up a little bit of music. My son's doing guitar, playing guitar, [16:52] SPEAKER_01: and my daughter is learning piano. So sitting with them and enjoying that process is also really fun. [16:59] SPEAKER_00: Okay. So you live a obviously a very busy lifestyle with family and work. How do you find the sort of [17:07] SPEAKER_00: not to use a phrase that's often overused, but that work like balance? How do you find that? [17:12] SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, why it's all up for me? It's both scheduling and making sure that my family [17:17] SPEAKER_01: understands that this is when I'm working and this is when you've got me 100%. And it's really [17:22] SPEAKER_01: important that when you're not working that you are really present with the kids because [17:26] SPEAKER_01: these things can be part of our lives a little bit too much. And I've noticed that even for myself, [17:32] SPEAKER_01: you know, always checking messages, our world, one thing I'm learning right now is like, yes, [17:38] SPEAKER_01: we have all these platforms to connect like this, like we you and I are right now, but [17:42] SPEAKER_01: there's almost too much out there now where people are getting a little bit lost [17:47] SPEAKER_01: in our phones and computers. And we got to write back everybody right now. We need [17:51] SPEAKER_01: that sort of like five minutes ago. And you know, it was so much simpler when I was a little girl. [17:56] SPEAKER_01: Everything was closed on Sunday. We didn't have cell phones. And yes, and it's wonderful to be able [18:00] SPEAKER_01: to connect and have information quicker. But there's also something today that we're experiencing [18:06] SPEAKER_01: and that it's important that we're not doing that as much right now. So what I'm finding today [18:11] SPEAKER_01: actually is people are making phone calls instead of texting. People are connecting through Zoom [18:16] SPEAKER_01: or other platforms to actually see faces. For me personally, I and seeing the community all [18:22] SPEAKER_01: supporting each other like I feel like this is really powerful. And I love that. Getting back [18:28] SPEAKER_00: to the basics. Yeah. Okay. If you had to pick one word to describe yourself, what would it be in [18:36] SPEAKER_01: why? playful. I don't know. I would say that I just always like to be happy and positive. And [18:47] SPEAKER_01: I just enjoy laughter. And I don't take myself too seriously. I just have kind of a child like [18:56] SPEAKER_00: personality. It's good to have. Now you obviously through your career traveled quite extensively. [19:06] SPEAKER_00: In all your travels, did you have a favorite place that you went in? So whether you were competing or [19:12] SPEAKER_01: whether after you finished competing, anywhere you've been. Okay. So I've been the Japan 13 times. [19:19] SPEAKER_01: And I know I love Japan. Love, love, love, culture, food, everything about it. But I would say at [19:27] SPEAKER_01: post skating, I really enjoyed Italy. And I was just into my family last night and we were saying how [19:33] SPEAKER_01: we would love to spend two weeks traveling and go to Italy and maybe even France because my son [19:40] SPEAKER_01: has, you know, his dad is background is French. So it'd be really cool to go there. Kids are in [19:46] SPEAKER_01: some sort of a French immersion so they could they could get around very easily and help mom and dad. [19:50] SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I love the culture tune in it. And we found it very just just beautiful and [19:57] SPEAKER_00: hoping one day to get back there. Oh, well, that's great. That's good. Now speaking of travel, [20:03] SPEAKER_00: I'm going to present a scenario to you. There's a small beautiful tropical island in the middle of the [20:09] SPEAKER_00: ocean with only one foam booth and no other technology there. We're going to drop you off [20:15] SPEAKER_00: there by yourself. Okay. And anytime you can use the phone to call a boat and we'll come pick you up. [20:23] SPEAKER_00: Two questions. One, how long would it take you to think before making that phone call? And [20:29] SPEAKER_01: secondly, what would you do while you were there? Oh, I would probably make the phone call within [20:36] SPEAKER_01: 10 minutes. And is this the phone call is to call a boat to come get me? Yeah, you bet. [20:45] SPEAKER_01: Oh, okay. I was thinking of calling a friend just to tell them what's happening. I would probably [20:51] SPEAKER_01: really embrace the moment and I would take in my surroundings. I think I would probably as soon [20:59] SPEAKER_01: as the sun was starting to set, I would be like, come for me now. I don't think it's alone. I mean, [21:06] SPEAKER_01: I'm okay being alone, but I don't want to be alone on a beach at night. Yeah, I hear you. Okay, [21:11] SPEAKER_00: super. Is that everybody's got their own answers? Like some people, it's just amazing. Actually, [21:17] SPEAKER_00: some people can stay for weeks or want to stay for weeks. So I guess it's all in their [21:23] SPEAKER_00: personality life, right? Yeah. Okay. Then. So is there anything Jamie, you'd like to add before [21:29] SPEAKER_01: leaving us today? I guess I just want to say to people that I, you know, I understand that this [21:35] SPEAKER_01: is a really difficult time and it's uncomfortable and we're, you know, we're all in this together, [21:41] SPEAKER_01: as we've been seeing all over the social media, all over social media. And this is true. And we're [21:47] SPEAKER_01: a really strong country. I'm really proud to be Canadian. I'm proud to be a part of this community of, [21:54] SPEAKER_01: you know, there's a lot of people that we can tap into who are supportive and staying positive. [21:59] SPEAKER_01: So I think that's the most important thing right now is surround yourself with people who are [22:02] SPEAKER_01: positive and who are going to lift you up. And again, just have faith that we are going to get [22:08] SPEAKER_00: through this better in the end. Okay, super. Thanks for joining us today.
